To ensure the best service and maintain a smooth operation, we kindly ask all clients to review our policies below: Appointments & Walk-ins • Appointments: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. • Walk-ins: Walk-in clients are always welcome, but availability may vary. • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or a deposit requirement for future bookings. Refunds & Redo Policy • Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 3 days so we can address the issue with a free touch-up or redo. • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will do our best to correct any concerns. Hygiene & Safety • We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment. • All tools and equipment are disinfected and sterilized between each client. Children & Guests • For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. • We ask that guests accompanying you remain in the waiting area during your service. Nail Repair • If your nails chip or break within 7 days of your appointment, we offer free repairs (for acrylic or gel services). After 7 days, a repair fee will apply. Payment & Gratuity • We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. • Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Tips can be given directly to the technician or added to your total at checkout.
